DDFC also provides hauling services for demolition projects. We have the capacity to work on various public and private projects within our group.

DDFC also provide property management and security service through our affiliate, E Security Corporation, formed to provide efficient security services in Chicago's public housing complexes and throughout the Chicagoland area. Our security service programs are licensed and insured and consist of armed and unarmed foot/car patrol services. Security officer trainees are individuals from the indigenous community and are supervised by seasoned security officers. Implementation of these programs drastically curtailed drug and gang activity throughout several Chicago public housing complexes.

DDFC have an extensive background working with community organizations and governmental officials. With the collaboration of Dr. Nehemiah Russell and Mr. Upendo Parker (Getting Involved to Make a Difference), alternative high school programs (including Cabrini Green Alternative High School), several homeless shelters for both males and females and transitional living facilities for ex-offenders were established.
