Dr. Nehemiah Russell is a prominent educator, human rights activist, consultant, and President of the African American Institute for Urban Youth Studies. He held positions as a Special Education teacher, Assistant Principal and Principal. Dr. Russell also provides consultation to governmental officials, educators, police and correctional officers regarding the population at risk.
